I’m always happy when someone gives a sandwich a little imagination. PAN( )PAN does just that.
At this small spot on Carrer del Comerç, the menu takes sandwich ideas from different places and serves them hot. I like the simple setup and the open kitchen. You can see the food coming together while you decide what to order.
I’d start with the finger fish sandwich, then make room for the Korean chicken. Both sound like the kind of filling, easy lunch I want when I’m wandering around El Born. I’d check the latest menu before heading over, since the options can change.
PAN( )PAN is a fun little find for me. I like that it keeps the idea simple, then takes the flavors somewhere unexpected.
